MINIERI ASSOCIATES (MA) is the security consulting and security
engineering division of Minieri American Holdings LLC (in the USA) and Minieri Global Holdings LLC (Internationally). The firm was founded and is lead by Michael Minieri, one of the most experienced and qualified professionals in the industry. He began his career in 1974 and held a variety of management positions with manned guarding firms, security systems integration firms, top systems manufacturers and in-house security management. He also spent several years a a police officer in the United States. Prior to forming Minieri Associates, Michael spent 5 years with Kroll Security Group, held the senior management position for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and worked globally from Kroll offices in Washington D.C., London and Dubai. As an INDEPENDENT consulting firm with no ties to manufacturers or other security product or service providers.....;

THE MINIERI ASSOCIATES MOST COMMONLY USED WORK PROCESS
As appropriately applicable, Minieri Associates will utilize the following conceptual process in the preparation and submittal of deliverables;
Data Gathering
Minieri Associates will communicate with appropriate client representatives and other stakeholders identified -and made available to Minieri Associates - by the client, to acquire information necessary for each task within the scope of work to be undertaken. Minieri Associates will review drawings, plans and other documents relative to the subject at hand as provided to Minieri Associates by the client, and conduct any necessary research and analysis.
Draft Documents
The deliverable documents for each task will be first prepared in draft form and submitted to the client.
Client Review and Comments
The client and/or stakeholders designated by the client, will review the draft documents and submit questions, comments, requested revisions and other changes desired by the client.
Presentations and Workshops
Best results are usually achieved when one or more tasks include a stakeholder presentation and workshop facilitated by Minieri Associates, for the purpose of discussing and finalizing the contents of a corresponding deliverable document.
Final Report
Minieri Associates will edit and revise the draft deliverable document based upon the comments and other feedback submitted by the client in writing and from the workshop, thereby creating the final version of the report.
